Buchta - Poppy Seed Rolls
Mix
3/4 cup butter (1/2lb)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk (luckwarm)
1/4 cup lukewarm water to dilute yeast
add 1 tsp sugar let stand until foamy.
6 cups flour
put all together and add 
(optional)
lemon rind & juice
knead well.
Put away from draft and let rise

Roll out and fill with ground walnuts, cinnamon and sugar
or
fill with prune butter
or
poppyseed, use plain or add a little honey to the
poppyseeds to make them go farther.
