Mix egg yolks and let them cook in a syrup, without stirring, so they 
don't break.  Make a dough, well-kneaded, of what flour, butter, 
orange flower water and a pinch of saffron.  Next roll out dough, 
like for a pie, make the tubes and fry them.

Then fill tubes with the already-made egg sweet, and then dip in 
sugar syrup.  Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
