Leg of Lamb

Half leg roasts of approximately 3 lbs. 
Meister Eberhard recommends lamb under a year old as a good food.

1/2 leg = 3 lbs lamb
   1 TBP pepper
   1 tsp. salt
   1 TBP ginger
   2 TBP parsley ( dried )
   2 TBP sage ( dried )

Directions:
Roast lamb for 3 hours at 400 with spices.  
Check several times to make sure it does not dry out.
Roast 30 minutes per pound of lamb.
